Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Filling Room Operator.

As a Filling Room Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by ensuring the accurate filling and transportation of up to 1000kg pallecons, while maintaining strict adherence to food safety guidelines.


Responsibilities:


  • Operate filling equipment in the filling room to accurately fill up to 1000kg pallecons with our liquid egg products.
  • Utilize a pump truck to safely transport the filled pallecons to the designated areas.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and smooth operation of the filling room.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Communicate any issues or concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to their implementation.

Requirements:


  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate filling and documentation.
  • Physically capable of lifting and maneuvering up to 1000kg pallecons using a pump truck.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and willingness to adhere to strict guidelines.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
We have 2 positions available, 1 position for the day shift 6am - 2pm Monday to Friday (40 hours) and 1 position for the back shift 2pm to 10pm Monday to Thursday and 2pm - 9pm Friday (39 hours)


Salary:
£10.60-£11.00 per hour
