Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced healthcare trainer to join a highly reputable healthcare organisation as part of the National Learning and Development Team, in an operational site-facing capacity.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

Enhance the learning and development provision within the organisation
Design and deliver train the trainer programmes
Work closely with Heads of Departments to maintain the link from Head Office to services
Develop new starter induction programmes
Forge & maintain learning links with partners
Reviewing all training programmes, related policies, resources, and requirements

Requirements:

Previous experience in Learning and Development/Training within the healthcare industry
Hold relevant qualifications
Experience of design and delivery for a variety of programmes
Hold a valid UK drivers license and have access to a vehicle to regular use.

Remuneration
- £40,000 plus enhanced staff benefits
