Wardian is a reputable building and maintenance company based in London, we are currently seeking a skilled General Builder to join our team.
We are looking for a motivated, hardworking individual with a strong background in various aspects of construction to help us deliver high-quality projects for our clients.
- Perform various building and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating, concrete works, refurbishments, Bathrooms, Kitchens and fencing and general handyman tasks.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and subcontractors, maintaining open communication and be able to work alone.
- Assist with project planning, estimating, and scheduling.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries professionally.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a general builder or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of various construction trades
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Valid driver's license
- CSCS card or equivalent certification (preferred but not essential).
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£120.00-£150.00 per day
