Oasis Care and Training Agency is seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our SE London team as an Apprentice Care Quality Assurance Officer.


What will the Quality Care Assurance officer be doing?

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments on the homes of vulnerable individuals to identify potential hazards and assess the safety and security measures in place.
  • Collaborate with field care supervisors to develop and implement risk management plans that address identified hazards and ensure the safety and wellbeing of service users.
  • Monitor and evaluate the qualityofcare services provided by our caregivers through regular visits and observations, ensuring compliance with established standards and protocols.

What training will the Care Quality Assurance officer take?
Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker Diploma

SE15 1LW:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Things to consider
The role is field and office based.

The apprentice will need to be able to travel to service users homes either by using public transport or using their own car.

You must have a good sense of direction and be familiar with the North London area. You will need to also work in the office from time to time to complete your reports.
