Rate:
£550-£650/day outside of IR35

Our client is looking for an experienced Communications Lead to utilise their experience to be responsible for leading the planning, shaping, delivering, and influencing communications required to support the successful roll-out and adoption of change programmes across the business.

You will be comfortable with large-scale, complex projects and develop core narratives to drive consistent understanding and adoption across the organisation, with key stakeholders and employees, suitable for a global audience.

You will:

Possess proven Communications and Engagement experience and translating technical processes and language to nontechnical environment in a way that is easy to understand.
Be handson with Content Creation
SharePoint, copywriting, liaising with creative agencies, storyboarding etc
Possesses a good creative eye understands brands/identity.
Establish secure stakeholder relationships, programme sponsors, business leads, Change team and Communication Teams
