    Description

    Site Supervisor - Civils / Reinstatement

    Alecto Recruitment is currently recruiting for a skilled Civils Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of work sites.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinating site activities and managing teams
    • Liaising with various stakeholders, including customers and project managers
    • Ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards

    Requirements:

    • Experience across reinstatement works through to excavation, dig, and lay
    • Ideal experience as a Site supervisor working within Utility connections
    • Experience across Electrical new connection projects within a utilities/ICP environment
    • Professional and customer-facing skills

    The Role Includes:

    • Organizing and supervising all backfill of excavations within designated works areas
    • Ensuring teams complete SSRA's accurately reflecting site conditions
    • Liaising with customers and project managers/senior managers

    Package:

    • £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
    • Company Commercial Vehicle
    • 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday
