Description

Grafton Banks Finance are currently working with a commercial company with offices in Hastings East Sussex to recruit an Accounts Payable Specialist on a full time Temporarybasis.

Working full time hours 37.

5 hours a week in a finance team and reportinginto the Finance Manager on a day to day basis you will be responsible for:


  • Processing high volume invoices
  • Matching invoices to delivery notes
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Inputting GBP and Euro invoices into accounting system
  • Dealing with delivery shortage queries
  • Working in a team and supporting on finance administration
You will need to have excellent communication skills, IT literate ( MS Office and good Excel).

This is a full time temporaryjob offering a competitive hourly rate. This job is working full time and offering Hybrid working. 3 days in office and 2 days from home post the training period.
