We are looking for individuals who are wanting to take on a new challenge.

This post will include an Apprenticeship in Data technician which will allow you to develop skills whilst in paid employment.

It is an exciting time to become part of the People Directorate with a whole range of future career opportunities.

The post-holder will work to support the Organisation Development team to complete administration tasks to support activity across the Trust.

The post-holder will be required to undertake an apprenticeship within Data technician.

The post holder will assist in providing an efficient, effective and comprehensive administration and clerical support service.

Develop effective working relationships with a range of staff both clinical and non - clinical crucial to the implementation of projects.

Adapt communication styles and mechanisms to take account of others culture, background and preferred way of communicating.

Maintain effective communication with staff and patients ensuring that active listening takes place. Effective use and choice of media for communication.

To be the first point of contact for departmental phone calls and face to face enquiries, offering an appropriate response within the boundaries of knowledge or signposting effectively within or out with the department.
