Do you have an interest in assisting people? Do you have excellent customer service? Are you security conscious?


We are seeking security and concierge staff to work alongside the core concierge team at a prestigious residential dwelling in central London (Westminster) to deliver a first class service.

The shift patterns will suit individuals who are flexible and available, sometimes at short notice.


About us:


We are company that works in the hospitality sector providing concierge, valet and security staff.

We are now recruiting for new team members to work at a prestigious residential unit in Westminster. If you are interested in part-time work, or combining it with another job or university, this is the job for you.

About the role:


  • Carry out patrols across the site (security and health and safety) and report back findings to the concierge team
  • Answering the phone and dealing with queries.
  • Welcoming residents into the building
  • Assisting residents
  • Support the core concierge team carry out their role
  • Assisting with deliveries across the site
  • Assisting with the resolution of health and safety issues.
  • Checking issues within apartment and reporting back to be escalated (as appropriate).


Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanour, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.

SIA required

Must be able to work with or without supervision.

Other related duties as assigned.

We are happy to discuss flexible working: working day or nights and number of shifts (which can range between 2/4 shifts a week on average a week).
