Description

Will be responsible for ensuring that all matters related to the estates department quality control are implemented and the trust gains and remains statutory compliant to HTMs, HBNs, PAM and the Health and Safety at Work Act etc.

Provide a specialist expert knowledge of compliance and deliver management reports to Senior Managers To collect and maintain the asset base for all sites and work in conjunction with the CAFM manager on compiling the Preventative Maintenance Schedule Write Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for Estates related works and review RAMS for additional and capital works Write and review estates policies and procedures Write and review Standing and Emergency Operating Procedures Carry out the duties of Water Authorised/Responsible Person and other relevant Authorised/Responsible Person appointments as appropriate Assist the site engineering teams where required Participate on the on call managers roster
