Based on the outskirts of Exeter, our clean and comfortable coaches are used for both individual and corporate use, including coach tours.

Backed by an extensive amount of experience, our bus and coach hire company has been established since 1987 and following its acquisition by the Go-Ahead Group in 2022 continues to grow from strength to strength.

As a result of this, we at Dartline are looking to recruit two Service Delivery Supervisors to support our operations.

You will have the opportunity to efficiently and effectively manage the day-to-day service delivery, to achieve commercial and quality objectives, and to proactively improve service delivery to our internal and external customers.

• Staff supervision and guidance; Carry out effective initial employee investigations and welfare conversations with our driver team
• Problem resolution within an operational environment
• Ability to work independently and as a trusted member of a multidisciplinary team.
• Great people skills and the ability to communicated effectively at all levels of the business
• Calm under pressure
• Financial awareness and budget control.

• Experience and ability to operate relevant IT systems.
• The agility to adapt to new and upgraded management and information systems.

• PSV license holder or prepared to gain PSV licence
• Relevant experience in a supervisory role.

• Full time, permanent positions
• 40 hours per week, working on a rotating shift pattern shared between the role holders, to include alternate Saturday mornings
