The Account Manager will play a key role completing administrative tasks which provide an important link between the team and customers, as well as internal departments, to ensure the Company delivers an excellent customer experience and achieves objectives.

The client is a world leading Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain company based in Manchester.
Description
The Account Manager role will include the following key responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with all key stakeholders
- Reduce customer churn by escalating any issues accordingly prior to becoming a retention problem and identifying accounts that are at risk
- Process orders in an efficient manner
- Work closely with supply chain enabling in time planning, production and customer delivery
- Respond to requests for quotations
Profile
What experience you need for the Account Manager role:
- Previous experience in account management
- Experience in taking ownership of customer issues and seeing through to successful resolution
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a passion for customer service
- Ability to work under pressure in sometimes sensitive situations
Job Offer
