Administrative Assistant:
Co-Curricular


Part time, term time plus (39 weeks per year)

18 hours per week with flexibility over when these hours are worked with a preference to some hours worked on Fridays.

Salary:
up to £10,447.70 per annum (up to FTE £28,054) plus holiday pay. Starting salary dependent on skills and experience.

In this key role you will provide efficient, accurate and timely administrative support to the Co-Curricular Director and the Co-Curricular department.

You will have a strong administrative background and experience of working in a busy and demanding environment with ever-changing priorities.

You will be highly computer literate with excellent up-to-date knowledge of Excel and Outlook. Previous experience of working in education in an administration role with scheduling experience is desirable but not essential.
