Job Purpose
They are looking for the fearless talkers, the passionate technologists and the go the extra milers.


Working as a Trainer of their Door to Door Team means becoming one of the faces of Community Fibre, you embody the brand and as such have one of the most important roles within the ever-expanding team.

It is important to be able to effectively engage and work with both existing customers and new potential clients, as well as part of a diverse and highly efficient team.


You will effectively, help with recruitment, train and support Regional managers and team leaders to drive sales, installs and maintain ARPU by developing new and existing sales agents.

This role requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for technology and a real eye for a deal. As a challenger brand Community Fibre must think differently, always looking to rewrite the rulebook.

Their propositions are unique and constantly evolving, and they are always looking to offer their customers more, providing them with tangible value for being a Community Fibre customer.


What you will be doing

  • Recruit, train and develop sales agents for Regional Mangers and Team leaders
  • Effectively measure reps against KPI's
  • Train Doortodoor selling into ever changing and expanding territories
  • Support Sales Managers teams when needed
  • Day to day engagement with both existing and potential clients
  • Effectively identifying and closing new sales opportunities
  • Updating of our customer and leads database
  • Customer expectation management
  • High quality customer care
  • Ensure compliant selling
  • Coaching staff
  • Facilitating the induction of all new sales agents
  • Adhoc training agency staff
  • Briefing agencies on promotional changes and ensuring updates are briefed in a timely manner

The experience they're looking for you to bring

  • At least 2year experience in field sales management
  • A passion for technology
  • Have a strong eye for detail
