Our client, a market leading design and manufacturing company, are looking to add a dynamic
Operations Administrator to their growing team.
The role contributes to the success of the company by providing
administration support whilst ensuring the delivery of
outstanding customer service.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the company project tracker, confirming project dates and sending out updates as required.
- Collating information to support quotations and orders.
- Filing and organising documentation.
- Preparation and Production of weekly job packs including RAMS, permits, site information, and delivery slots
- Supporting the team with backoffice functions including recruitment.
- Have a strong customer service ethic with a positive and proactive approach.
- Be an effective communicator at all levels
- Be able to use own initiative
- Able to demonstrate ability to work effectively in a pressurised environment.
