Permanent, Part time, 18.5 hours per week.

Permanent, Full time 37 hours per week.

Here at Rotherham's Adult Social Care Locality Teams, our vision and commitment is to put the person needing our time and support at the very centre of our work with them.

We aim to help people build on their strengths, achieve their outcomes, and be connected to their community. Our staff are exceptionally talented, and are passionate about working in Rotherham, for the people of Rotherham.


We cover the North, Central, and South areas of the borough have a base in the town centre and a regional office in Maltby.

Our Locality Teams work with adults of all ages, who are experiencing the impacts of short
- or long-term health conditions, physical and/or cognitive impairments. We work holistically to support carers and families, valuing the support they provide too.


Every day is different, and the breadth of localities work spans across duty interventions, assessment and care management, safeguarding adults, and court of protection work.

About You


We are looking to recruit exceptional Social Workers with the right values, skills, knowledge and experience to contribute to further enhancing and embedding strengths-based practice; focusing on people and the outcomes they wish to achieve where our ethos is 'home first'.
