I'm currently supporting a global mega power within the industrial services and oil & gas market, they have a staggering 50,000 employees across 50 countries with a range of impressive business sectors that generate a total revenue near £1 billion annually.

They're looking for a Health & Safety specialist to join the organisation, particularly focussing on a key aspect of their UK business based in Southampton.

You'll be providing crucial advice on the effective operation to ensure all staff members are protectedat all times.

Work will include risk assessments on processes, toxicology, industrial equipment, as well as ensuring the safe onboarding and site maintenance is continued through the development of long-term strategies in line with national legislation.


Requirements:


  • Experience working within a health & safety environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of specialist topics such as WAH, Fire Regulations, Hazardous Substances, Noice, and Occupational Diseases.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Patience and diplomacy as collaboration is an integral part to the profession.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
