Temporary to permanent work available on Astmoor Industrial Estate


Acorn Recruitment is looking for Production Operatives to work for their busy manufacturing client located on Astmoor Industrial Estate in Runcorn.

With immediate starts available, an accessible location, ongoing temporary to permanent work, and recently increased pay rates, read on to find out more


This company recognises the importance of its people and is committed to the training and development of Operators; this could include progression to permanent Operator, Technical Operator and Line Manager level roles.


Job role will include:

  • Line feeding
  • Machine operating
  • Completion of paperwork
  • Packing of the finished product
  • Warehousing, picking and line feeding of production parts
  • Hygiene duties

Requirements:


  • Manual handling experience
  • Health and safety awareness
  • Good communication skills
  • A handson, cando attitude
  • Previous production experience

The company operates a rotational 3 shift pattern:

  • 6am
  • 2pm
  • 2pm
- 10pm

  • 10pm 6am
  • 39hour basic working week with all breaks paid

The rate of pay:

  • Between £11.30 per hour and £11.81 per hour
  • Overtime payable at enhanced rates from £ £23.34 per hour
