The Estates & Capital Development Department is an internal Department of Aston University, supporting the University in its core business of education and research.
The department undertakes reactive and planned maintenance with an in-house team and outsourced contract works, undertakes refurbishments and new builds to suit the needs of the University and leads on the environmental and sustainability of the organization.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a mechanical operative to join a busy Maintenance & Engineering Team within the Estates and Capital Developments department at Aston University.
