We are currently recruiting anAdministrator to be a part of our integral team in
- Catterick, Garrison.For this role you must have strong IT skills such as MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel - Skills tests are part of the interview and selection process

What you'll be doing
Administration
- Supporting the SO2 ICS in the management of: Resource Accounting Codes; the preparation of annual estimates of unit costings and in preparation of monthly Forecast of Outturn (FOO).
- Preparation and verification of all Telecoms bills prior to payment: Bill Browser; BT Internet Accounts; Mobile Phone Bills; Civilian circuit and telephone lines; Misc Bills (radios/pagers).
- Preparation of online payment documentation for authorisation by SO2 ICS and onward transmission to Defence Bills Agency, Liverpool.
- Preparation of financial reports in terms of routine monthly FOO, actual expenditure and annual output costings, using Bill Browser and Commitments Register.
- Liaison and correspondence with relevant civilian contractors.
- Liaison and correspondence with HQ and Brigade staff at all levels.
- Maintain and update Tels library and Branch filing system.
- Drafting and sending routine correspondence both internal and external.
- Preparation, despatch, collation and analysis of returns and statistics, verification of mobile telephone bills.
- Act as the focal point for Tels Manager in their absence.
- Respond to routine enquiries.
- Cover Clerical Officer (Tels) and Clerical Officer (Gen) duties in times of absence.
- In the absence of Clerical Officer (IT), provide clerical support to the IT Manager
Experience
- Knowledge of all applicable systems and processes
- Knowledge of company timelines and deadlines
- Knowledge of customer and client documentation, competition and deadlines
Must possess NVQ level 2, ECDL or equivalent.
- Previous experience of working in a similar environment is desirable
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
