Role Introduction:
We are looking for adaptable and motivated individuals to join our finance team in Birmingham. Working within our Finance Operations Teams

This is a busy role working across all finance operations functions and is a key member of our teams.

The role requires attention to detail and a high level of accuracy at pace delivering excellent satisfaction to our customers and a quick response to their queries.


Please note this role is based at our Birmingham Office.

What You Will Do:

  • Working as part of a team you will undertake various administration tasks:
  • Manage incoming mailboxes
  • Respond to quick win queries.
  • Assign queries to internal teams.
  • Allocate credits and payments and chase for missing remittances.
  • Process invoices and customer credits.
  • Create internal orders to resolve invoice queries.
  • Process customer cancellations.
  • Resolve Purchase Order queries with customer.

What You Will Have:

  • Previous experience in a finance role and possess transferable skills and experience.
  • Experience of working with Salesforce would be an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadline.
  • Attention to detail to drive accuracy.
  • Strong experience of using Excel including Pivot Tables and Lookup capability
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities, with a customercentric approach.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
