Service Advisor

£28k Basic £33k OTE

Prestige Main Dealership

Canterbury Area
A Prestige Main Dealership is looking for an outstanding Service Advisor to join their team in Canterbury.


We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to provide an excellent level of service and advice to our customers.


The role requires someone who can:

  • Have a proven track record in customer service
  • Effectively communicate with customers to assess their vehicle servicing needs
  • Demonstrate excellent problemsolving and communication skills
  • Maintain accurate customer service records
  • Develop strong relationships with customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction levels are maintained
A full driving license and knowledge of the automotive industry is essential for this role.


Salary and Benefits
- £28k basic £33k OTE

  • Monday
  • Friday
  • Saturday mornings on Rota (paid Overtime)
  • 32 days annual holiday (includes 8 bank holiday days)
