Page Personnel are currently working with a well-established retail organisation based in Leeds that have an exciting opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy team on a permanent basis.

Page Personnel are currently working with a well-established retail organisation based in Leeds that have an exciting opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy team on a permanent basis.


The client have seen an ongoing growth in recent years and due to this require extra assistance within their Finance team.


Description


As Purchase Ledger Clerk your duties will include: Processing a high volume of invoices on a daily basis, managing the ledger in-box, inbound calls regarding supplier enquiries, reconciliation of purchase orders, ensuring data is inputted with a key focuson accuracy and any admin duties relating to the finance department.


Profile
Held a similar position previously

Excellent communication skills written & verbal

IT literate and able to pick up new systems

Confident at building/maintaining professional relationships

Positive with a can-do attitude
