The Best Connection are proud to be recruiting for an experienced and proactive team leader to work for our client based in the Vibrant metropolitan borough of Wandsworth

We are seeking someone with team leader experience to get involved with the team at this well-established local manufacturing business


Responsibilities of the team leader will include but not be limited to

  • Be Willing to become familiar with the moulding process
  • Report product usage and any production challenges
  • Quality checking of products once you are familiar with them and monitoring drying times
  • Recommend any changes to process which you think may beneficial
  • Supporting the process engineer in trials
  • Document product cycle times for future planning purposes
  • Ensuring health and safety guidelines are followed by your team members
  • Assisting with internal staff development by working closely with different team members
  • Assisting with rota and workflow project planning

Requirements of the Moulding team leader

  • Ability to use the Microsoft office package
  • Ability to lead as part of a team

Hours of work

  • Will be 07:0016:30 Monday to Friday
  • With 30 minutes for lunch and two 15 minute tea breaks
  • Totalling 42.5 hours per week

Salary

  • Will be £25400 per annum
