A exciting career opportunity has arisen in the heart of Birminghams Jewellery Quarter.

Our client is a group of dedicated professionals with a passion for architecture.

The Role:
- liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects
- working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists
- adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction
- playing a part in project and team management
- travelling regularly to building sites, proposed locations and client meetings


Skills and qualities:

  • Successful applicants should have achieved a 1st or 2.1 honours degree or equivalent
- will have good design and detailing skills
- confidence to work autonomously and as part of a team

  • Experience in job running, as well as producing planning and tender packages, would be a bonus.
