THE ROLE
We are seeking to recruit a part time fees administrator/ credit controller.

Reporting to the partners, the areas covered by the role are wide ranging and include but are not limited to:


  • Working with the partners and managers in respect of the firm's fees/ revenue administration including:
  • Raising invoices to clients,
  • Liaising with and reporting to fee earners to improve budget administration and management.
  • Credit control including legal debt recovery where applicable.
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties as office workflows demand.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

You must possess/ be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent numeracy skills, ideally your numeracy be will supported by a professional qualification such as AAT.
  • Good IT skills including experience of using excel to a high level
  • Good communication skills
  • An exceptional level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good teamplaying skills
  • Clear and logical thinking
  • Good organisational skills and an ability to work to deadlines
  • A respect for confidentiality
