Description
Manage the helpline for the TLHC programme

To advise patients/ public on the programme and resolve any queries

To escalate any medical queries to the TLHC medical team and to communicate the response back to the patient/ public

To contact invited patients who have not attended an appointment for feedback

To actively contact patients to increase uptake into the programme

To book appointments for participants

To remain courteous, professional and understanding in dealing with all queries which are received via the helpline

To undertake any audit as deem appropriate as the project continues


The TLHC team comprises of a Band 8 Responsible Assessor, Band 6 TLHC Nurses, support workers and patient administrator and careline coordinator.
