The team leader is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the team and environment.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent mental health services and can support the staff to achieve their potential.

Key responsibilities will include supervision and appraisal for staff, recruitment, and management of staff, monitoring the environment, mental health and physical health needs for the individual, including any ligature risks.

making sure that people are safe and that we promote person centred care whilst maintaining a cost-effective service.
