Job Summary:
A rare opportunity has arisen to manage a varied land and property portfolio with remote working.

You will work closely the existing team to manage and take a considered approach, maximising the efficiency of the estate via landlord & tenant work, lease management and a strategic overhaul/ rationalisation programme.

Encroachments, wayleaves, easements alonng with leases and licences are key to the management of this diverse estate, comprising office, industrial retail and educational establishments.

Monthly monitoring and reporting on progress of all property matters will ensure all relevant parties are working together to achieve the best possible value.
