Business and Sales Support Apprentice with
ASQUITH GROUP LIMITED

At Asquith Group we are passionate about providing a high level of service to our customers and to develop a work force that supports all services.

We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication and people skills to join the team. The role will have multiple responsibilities as part of your progression and development.

Working week
Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm (30 minutes unpaid lunch break). Working hours will be confirmed at interview.

Total hours per week:
37.50

Apprenticeship level
Advanced
Level 3 (A level)

What will the apprentice be doing?
This new role will be varied and demanding and the main tasks/responsibilities will include;
Interpreting customer enquiries and designing têxtile labelling products.
Setting up CRM files and communicating with customers.
Managing customer samples and pricing requests.
Relationship building - internally with colleagues, externally with customers and suppliers.
General administration support as necessary - filing, updating contact information etc.
Assisting with light despatch packing, production and QC checking as necessary.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Full Business Administrator Standard - Level 3
On the job training - to support role development
Off the job training - to support qualification requirements
Employer to offer dedicated training time to support OJT (off the job) training requirements
Functional skills support (maths/English) - if required

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
There are potential employment/progression opportunities available upon successful completion of the Level 3 qualification
