Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate person to work with an existing team of carers.

You will work with a 24 year old young man with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), severe learning difficulty and challenging behavior.

We are seeking someone to work for 2 hours per day (e.g. 2-4pm M-F) implementing a basic programme of language teaching and teaching Daily Living Skills and providing help with Behavior Support Planning.


Duties:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plan under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA and BCBA-D/Parent)
• Provide direct oneonone language and skills teachingsessions with client for 2 hrs per day
• Collect data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions
• Preferred previous experience working with adults autism
• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques will be taught.

Pay:
£15.50 per hour
