With a reputation for excellence and a dedication to professionalism, our client is seeking a skilled Plumbing/HVAC Supervisor to join their team.

As a Plumbing/HVAC Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all plumbing and HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.

You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring that work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent technical skills, and a commitment to providing superior service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor a team of plumbing and HVAC technicians.
Coordinate scheduling and assignments to ensure timely completion of projects.
Inspect work sites to assess project requirements and provide technical guidance as needed.
Monitor inventory and order supplies/materials as necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and report on project progress.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Plumbing/HVAC Supervisor or similar role.
Extensive knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Valid plumbing and/or HVAC certification/license.
Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities.
Availability to work flexible hours and travel to the job site as needed

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

Salary:
£40.00-£50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
