What you'll need to do:

  • A senior business manager taking responsibility for its growth and development. Assisting the Director/BU Head with a number of key responsibilities;
  • Maintaining and growing a valuable portfolio of profitable and satisfied clients
  • Developing, leading and creating high performing teams
  • Securing the office's future income through successful new business
  • Assisting in business planning and innovation to keep Cavendish at the forefront of the industry
  • Oversee the delivery of highquality work for our clients
  • Represent Cavendish at senior level meetings with clients, stakeholders and business networks Design and implement proactive marketing campaigns for lead generation.
