Description
A well respected and run NHS Trust are looking for a dynamic senior Executive to join their team.

Castlefield Recruitment have been asked to support the Trust with a Chief Nurse for an initial 6 months contract.


Summary

  • Deliver positive change and build on previous CQC reports by continuous quality improvement at Executive level
  • Lead the organisation and nurture the successes achieved in recent years, as well as implement an individual stamp on day to day clinical operations
  • Identify changes and lead the implementation of high level organisational change
  • Act as the nominated CQC lead for the organisation
  • Provide Trust and system wide collaboration with Executive colleagues in order to facilitate continuous strategic improvement

Key criteria

The ideal individual will have:

  • Experience at Board level within the NHS or wider healthcare
  • An updated registered Nurse of Midwifery PIN
  • Been a nominated CQC lead
  • Worked collaboratively across ICS/ICB systems
