In addition to our 24 bedded Acute Medicine for the Elderly ward we have a six bedded Acute Frailty Assessment area both of which have mix of male and female patients.
We know that providing care to older people with multiple complex health and social care needs is challenging which is why we are introducing a brand new nursing workforce model and need dynamic and proactive nurses to be a part of this exciting change.
