Nicoll Entertainment was formed by Nick Brooke and Oliver Royds, who between them created some of the most innovative family friendly theatre productions, touring the UK and internationally.
We are based in the heart of theatreland, and along with producing our own sell-out shows, we also offer a range of General Management services including tour booking, production management, payroll, merchandising and haulage.
Our current shows include The Tiger Who Came to Tea, DinosaurWorld Live and Dragons and Mythical Beasts.
Fee Details
This is a fixed-term, full-time contract paid weekly; basic salary £26k per annum (pro rated). Up to
£300 weekly touring allowance is paid for days away from home base and travel fares paid in advance, plus an incentivised bonus scheme if you hit specific targets.

Nicoll Entertainment is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Touring Merchandise
Coordinator to join our _Dinosaur World Live _team for a busy summer season.
The Touring Merchandise Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the merchandise provision for this popular family entertainment show, travelling with the show company as they visit venues across the UK and Ireland.
They would need to keep track of stock, ensuring enough is loaded onto the show truck during its return stops to the London depot and coordinating with suppliers to deliver stock both to the depot and to venues where possible.
Additionally at each venue the Coordinator will assist venue staff in setting up merch displays as well as selling themselves wherever possible to maximise sales revenue.
Working with venue managers they will confirm sales in the venue and liaise with the office-based Assistant General Manager to finalise merchandise summaries and ensure venues' financial settlements are correct.

This role would suit someone outgoing and confident, with the ability to engage customers as well as organised and good with numbers.
NB as this position is touring with the company, no specific home base location is required.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Liaising with the Assistant General Manager to order merchandise from our UK and international suppliers
- Coordinating stock deliveries/collection to/from our London depot
- Coordinating stock delivery to future venues on the tour schedule
- Assisting the company with unloading the show lorry, including merchandise
- Liaising with venues to ensure accurate staffing for merch provision
- Assisting the venue staff to set up merch displays
- Assist venue staff to sell and promote products pre
- show, including actively selling
(from merch desk, foyer or auditorium) where possible.
- Liaise with venue staff to accurately record stock numbers and sales
- Liaise with the AGM to produce and send sales summaries/ invoices
- Assisting the company with getouts, including packing and loading merchandise
- Keeping accurate records of sales, orders, top ups and damages
- Regularly reporting to the AGM with updates
- self motivated and can work independently;
- confident and articulate, able to encourage and motivate others
- computer literate, with a good working knowledge of excel and word processing;
- have previous administrative experience
Desirable skills:
- Full driving licence;
- Previous experience in the Arts Sector, particularly in theatre/ venue FoH or Box Office
- Previous experience in sales
