Based in ourLondon office; we are currently looking for a
Finance Administratorto join our Finance team on a
Fixed Term basis to provide
payment and admin duties to support the finance team
Including:
- Processing of all daily and weekly payments and invoices; completing administrative tasks and liaising with suppliers where required.
- Assisting in the effective completion of the department's administrative tasks and daily accounting procedures
- Daily and monthly reconciliations completed within the required timescales
- Daily cash management of the group
- Daily reconciliation of client money, demonstrating a clear knowledge and understanding of all relevant FCA client money legislation
- Administration on the XM System, this will include but is not limited to processing new starters (this includes Smartstream), leavers, and credit card holders, answering queries, and amending profiles
Skills
- One year experience in similar role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to take the initiative
- Good communication skills
