WE Talent are working with a Pensions Specialist who are recruiting for a
GMP Equalisation and Projects Specialist to join their team.

Reporting into the Director of Pensions Administration you will be crucial in working on GMP Equalisation and other large projects as required (buy in / outs, wind ups and data cleansing).

A numerical and Excel expert you will be a confident data analyst able to run both manual and Excel based calculations.

This role is offered on a hybrid or remote basis. Depending on your location (UK only) there are offices whereby you can attend on a hybrid basis but we will consider fully remote for the right skillset

Responsibilities for the
GMP Equalisation and Projects Specialist

GMP Equalisation:

Collation of scheme information
Data gap analysis and rectification
Running calculations and analysing results
Production of trustee reports and updates
Project Management
Analysis and updating data
Benefit calculations and rectification

Requirements:

Strong GMP knowledge and experience
Pensions Administration experience
Strong legislative knowledge
Advanced Excel ability
Strong numerical skills
Able to work to project timelines and deadlines
