Summary:
The role itself
- Providing a first class customer service
- Receive and process customer orders through to invoice
- Provide quotations to key clients
- Provide an exceptional after care service
- Communicate with internal stakeholders for commercial, data and financial queries
- Review accounts, monitoring sales to ensure continued business on all your accounts
- Coordinating effectively to ensure goods arrive with our customers on time
- Ensure all administration related to orders are complete
- Complaint handling for your own customers
- A background in customer service, account management or sales
- IT Literate with all MS packages
- Demonstrable experience management your own workload
- Someone who thrives in a busy environment
- Excellent administration and organisation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- An international language an advantage
Job Types:

From £24,000.00 per year
