Summary:


The role itself

  • Providing a first class customer service
  • Receive and process customer orders through to invoice
  • Provide quotations to key clients
  • Provide an exceptional after care service
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders for commercial, data and financial queries
  • Review accounts, monitoring sales to ensure continued business on all your accounts
  • Coordinating effectively to ensure goods arrive with our customers on time
  • Ensure all administration related to orders are complete
  • Complaint handling for your own customers
  • A background in customer service, account management or sales
  • IT Literate with all MS packages
  • Demonstrable experience management your own workload
  • Someone who thrives in a busy environment
  • Excellent administration and organisation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • An international language an advantage

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £24,000.00 per year
