We are currently Recruiting for a
Transport Administrator to join our team on our
Sittingbourne Factory.
The function of the Transport Coordinator is a key customer facing role, both external and internal. They are directly responsible for communicating and administering effective distribution of products to our customers, whilst maintaining a high level of service at all times


The position requires an ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment, communicate information clearly, and keep a constant focus on the work.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Liaising with 3rd Party haulier
  • Ensure the load scheduling software is accurate and up to date
  • Provide information on delivery scheduling to customers and internal customer service teams
  • Provide verbal delivery notification to customers
  • Make customers aware of delivery issues
  • Deal with haulier and customer own drivers collecting loads
  • Deal with inbound supplier deliveries
  • Dispatching deliveries and customer collections with all relevant paperwork
  • Manage and schedule customer return to works and subsequent stock adjustments
