Description

The purpose of Resident Support Assistant is to deliver a varied and proactive person-centred housekeeping, catering, and hospitality service to our care home residents.

Using customer service principles and a "one-team" approach the post holders improve the resident / customer experience.

Example of duties:

Using chemicals and necessary products to clean resident rooms and communal areas.
Serve meals to residents in communal kitchen or in rooms.
Assist with laundry.
Assist with labelling new clothing.

Shifts available:
Saturday 7:30am to 2.00pm

Sunday 7:30am to 2.00pm

£11.13 per hour plus enhancement for weekends where available

Salary Ranges:
£23, £23,150.40
