The Job
As the Effectiveness Business Director, your responsibilities will include:

Bringing together consumer research, analytics, strategy and marketing technology to help increase media campaign effectiveness
Working closely and building strong relationships with your clients
Help identify the most relevant KPIs to help create an effective measurement framework
Work with specialist teams to understand the clients need and help form a strategy to get the best results
Upsell agency products/platforms and help drive the commercial success of the agency

You

7+ years working within a media agency environment
Strong experience in advertising communications research, effectiveness or insight
Knowledge of data planning skills
Understanding of advanced data modelling and analysis techniques
