Based in Norfolk, with a growing network of dealers nationwide, we serve a range of sectors including agriculture, leisure, conservation, facilities management, festivals, events and media.

Responsibilities:

Talking to customers to get all of the information we need to accurately quote
Sending out quotes and then progressing enquiries through to orders, payments and deliveries.
Liaise with colleagues in our workshop to get vehicles ready and then with colleagues in logistics to make deliveries or collections.
Help resolve customer queries and problems with the help of everyone in our team
Maintain customer and contact information using our CRM system

Experience:

Substantial experience in a relevant, office based sales and customer service role
Use of business software systems such as a CRM and Microsoft packages

Skills:

A positive attitude to fit in with a friendly and happy team
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
Confident with numbers
A good rounded education to GCSE level or above.
