This newly created Content Coordinator role (Employer Branding Specialist) has been designed to showcase the company's employment potential to 'techies' and product engineers alike.

Two or three days in the office will be required, with excellent flexibility across the working week to allow forschool drop-offs, dog walking and anything else 'life-based'.


The role

  • Ensuring the production of highquality, branded and targeted content
  • You'll be given massive amounts of freedom to 'create'
  • Developing content plans/strategies in line with business growth expectations, pushing for new ideas and creation of the very best content plans to engage the maximum amount of relevant people from the tech industries
  • Production of content across visuals and video

The requirements

  • A great understanding of the content production process
  • At least 3 years of experience in a contentheavy role in a B2B background ideally OR experience within an employer brandingfocused content position
  • The ability to write grammatically correct and compelling content at all times, with an eye for detail and written accuracy
  • A journalistic and technical approach and to be able to liaise with internal stakeholders and guide them through the process of creating engaging content
  • Experience of video content production would be great, but not essential

Location


Due to the location of this role in Cambridge, this is easily commutable from the likes of Ely, Newmarket, Cambourne, St Ives, Huntingdon, Milton, Waterbeach, Royston, Bedford, Bishop's Stortford, Harlow, Stevenage and Bury St Edmunds.
