About the Role


We are looking for a Social Creative on a 10 month fixed-term contract This role sits within our organic social agency team, translating knowledge, expertise and on-the-go research into content sourcing, content production, thematic pillars and calendars that drive organic growth, engagement, and cultural fit for our client's Instagram, TikTok and X channels.


We're looking for a creative thinker, in-tune with Gen Z culture, and through a keen eye for trends, in-jokes, and the latest and greatest creators, speaks the "language of the internet" fluently.

You know how to leverage data to inform creative decisions that drive native and engaging social content.


What the opportunity looks like

  • Develop organic social strategies and content pillars across existing and emerging platforms
  • Creative ideation of originally shot content + involvement in crew on shoot days (experience in presenting desirable, but not necessary)
  • Support in content calendar planning and writing post copy
  • Proactively generate content ideas, identifying opportunities to be reactive to UK Gen Z culture online
  • Post content across client channels in alignment with content schedules
  • Engage with client audiences through community management
  • Analyse channel traffic, growth, and performance and build insights that drive progression
  • Use initiative and creativity to bring new ideas to the team, sharing knowledge and contributing to ongoing improvements.

Skills and experience we'd like you to have

  • Previous experience working in a target driven environment with experience of growing new and existing social platform
  • Experience of working in a target driven environment with an excitement to smash targets.
  • A passion for social media with an understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Twitter (X).

  • Able to move quickly and easily, embracing and responding to change.
  • An attention to detail in dealing with all matters and a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Ability to use own initiative and make effective decisions.
  • Critical thinker with strong organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.


At LADbible Group we've rolled out blended working which means the majority of departments across the business (including London, Manchester and International offices) work 3 days in the office on a weekly basis.
