JOB DESCRIPTION
To provide executive assistance to the CEO of a counselling charity with administration related to marketing, training and development, fundraising, human resources and statistics.
To liaise with practice supervisors, counsellors,, office manager as well as external stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the CEO's office.
The Centre operates in the West Surrey boroughs of Woking, Elmbridge, Surrey Heath Runnymede, Spelthorne, Guildford and Waverley. The Centre currently comprises 2 main counselling venues in Woking and Esher and has a number of outpost locations.It provides the following services:
relationship counselling, psychosexual therapy, family counselling, young people's counselling and family mediation. The staff consist of counsellors, practice supervisors, and support staff.
The Executive Assistant is responsible to the CEO for the administration their functions.
In discharging this accountability, the Executive Assistant must maintain good working relationships with staff and external stakeholders and ensure that confidentiality is maintained.
- HUMAN RESOURCES
Responsible for the administration of CPD training
Responsible for the dissemination of Federation policies and procedures
Produce quarterly staff newsletters
Responsible for off-boarding leavers
Responsible for the administration of DBS checks
Sending out staff surveys twice a year
2 ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Attending Operations meetings and taking minutes and following up on actions
Assisting in the implementation of new policies and procedures
3 MARKETING
Assist in the production of new marketing materials
Assist the CEO in the development of new marketing initiatives
Distribute new marketing materials
Responsible for the maintenance of RWS social media accounts
Responsible for the recruitment of runners for the London Marathon, entering their details and helping them to set up their Justgiving accounts.
4 TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Liaise with the CEO, trainers and stakeholders to ensure courses are organised on time and to budget
Administer 2 CDP courses per year
5 FUNDRAISING
6 REPORTING
Producing reports on staff surveys, YP and Adult client reviews
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Pay:
£15,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 per week
