My client, a well-regarded litigation Law Firm, are seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to join their team.


The main responsibilities for the Learning and Development Coordinator will be to work closely with the other Coordinator and Head of L&D to schedule and deliver training to staff across the firm.

Salary - £35k-£42k


This role is perfect for a Learning and Development Administrator or Assistant, looking to step up and take on more responsibility.


The duties will include:

  • Assist the Head of L&D in creating and delivering training for staff across the firm.
  • Meet with managers and stakeholders across the firm to ascertain training requirements.
  • Showcase return on investment in L&D by gathering feedback and analysing outcomes.
  • Assist the Head of L&D with various admins tasks, such as reports, scheduling and diary management.
  • Helping design web pages as well as updating and maintaining the digital learning platform.
  • Help produce digital learning content.
  • Assist the Head of L&D with various admins tasks, such as reports, scheduling and diary management.
The Learning and Development Coordinator must have some existing experience in L&D, ideally within a professional services background.

It is essential to possess strong relationship building skills whilst working with a diverse workforce, as well as an abilityand willingness to get involved in multiple tasks at once.
