Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Administrator to join our team.
As a Construction Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our construction projects and ensuring smooth operations within the office.
This is a full-time position.Duties:
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Maintain organized and accurate project files and documentation
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and site visits
- Coordinate travel arrangements for project teams
- Prepare and distribute projectrelated correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist with procurement activities, including obtaining quotes and processing purchase orders
- Monitor project budgets and expenses
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverables
- Utilize computerized systems such as QuickBooks and Google Suite for various administrative tasks
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry, document management, and communication purposes
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus

£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
