Logistics/ Fulfilment Administrator / Logistics Planner
We are currently looking for a
TRANSPORT ADMINISTRATOR to join a fast paced logistics team in
MARCHWOOD, SO40.

Transport Administrator - The Role:

As Transport Coordinator, you will perform various activities to support the company's distribution team
You will be handling incoming and outgoing calls, responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Record details of vehicle accidents and ensure these are escalated to line management
Building and maintaining a strong partnership with the transport functions and drivers to ensure regular communication is delivered
Drivers brief and debriefing as well as accurate data entry of statistics, customer reports and KPI'S

What you will need:

Knowledge of transport legislation preferable but not essential
Strong administrative background with excellent IT skills including MS Apps; Excel and Word
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to collaborate with other team members and departments
A strong background in multidrop driver planning

The package:

Salary - £23,500 - £27,400 (Depending on experience)

Monday - Friday

6am - 3pm
