Logistics/ Fulfilment Administrator / Logistics Planner

We are currently looking for a
TRANSPORT ADMINISTRATOR to join a fast paced logistics team in
MARCHWOOD, SO40.

Transport Administrator - The Role:


  • As Transport Coordinator, you will perform various activities to support the company's distribution team
  • You will be handling incoming and outgoing calls, responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record details of vehicle accidents and ensure these are escalated to line management
  • Building and maintaining a strong partnership with the transport functions and drivers to ensure regular communication is delivered
  • Drivers brief and debriefing as well as accurate data entry of statistics, customer reports and KPI'S

What you will need:


  • Knowledge of transport legislation preferable but not essential
  • Strong administrative background with excellent IT skills including MS Apps; Excel and Word
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate with other team members and departments
  • A strong background in multidrop driver planning

The package:

Salary - £23,500 - £27,400 (Depending on experience)


Monday - Friday

6am - 3pm

ASAP START AVAILABLE
