The Company:
A leading global accountancy firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced M&A Associate Director to join their growing team.
This is a unique opportunity to work on some of the most complex and challenging transactions in the industry and to build a careerwith a leading firm.
The role:
Responsibilities:
Lead and Manage and oversee M&A transactions from start to finish, with a focus on sell-side deals.
Provide strategic advice to clients on M&A transactions, including target identification, valuation, and negotiation.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and generate new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
Lead and mentor a team of M&A professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and sell-side performance feedback.
Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
At least 3/4 years of experience in M&A advisory in a professional services environment, with a focus on sell side deals.
Strong knowledge of M&A processes
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Experience managing and mentoring teams of M&A professionals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
